Payment Terms
Payment Schedule

Late Payment Policy
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in:

Warranty Information

Customer Responsibilities

Communication and Cooperation
Effective project completion requires:

- Final walkthrough and sign-off upon completion
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary based on project status:
- Before materials ordered: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After materials ordered: Refund minus material costs and 25% restocking fee
- Installation commenced: Charges for completed work plus material costs
- Project completion: No refunds available
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel projects due to:
- Unsafe or unsuitable site conditions
- Customer breach of contract terms
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of use, profits, or business opportunities
- Damage to existing structures not directly related to our work
- Pre-existing conditions discovered during installation
- Normal wear and maintenance requirements
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes:
- We encourage direct communication to resolve issues promptly
- Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of issue occurrence
