Payment Terms

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary based on project status:

• Before materials ordered: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• After materials ordered: Refund minus material costs and 25% restocking fee
• Installation commenced: Charges for completed work plus material costs
• Project completion: No refunds available

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel projects due to:

• Unsafe or unsuitable site conditions
• Customer breach of contract terms
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Damage to existing structures not directly related to our work
• Pre-existing conditions discovered during installation
• Normal wear and maintenance requirements

• Mediation through Canadian consumer protection services may be pursued
